We’re a Byron family looking for a warm, reliable teacher-nanny to help with our three kids.

What you’d do:

Guide our two oldest through their homeschool program, following a set curriculum (no lesson planning from scratch)
Plan structured play and learning activities for the younger kids
Help care for our newborn
Light housekeeping: tidying, meals, and dishes
One short preschool pickup nearby each week (mileage reimbursed)

You have: teaching or classroom experience (certified preferred), infant care experience, CPR/first aid (or willing to get it; we’ll pay), a reliable car, and a clean driving record. Background check, references, and a paid trial day required.
