Hi, I am seeking someone permanent to assist with my 4-year old. I’m seeking someone Monday-Friday for 3-5 hours (possibly more) to assist us. When school starts, I’m seeking to have someone after school/weekend days. I am looking for someone patient and kind to focus on my child and prioritize safety, child development, and communication. My mom is also looking for a nanny for my nephews (Ages: 5 and 1, sometimes 4), and I’m hoping this person can assist her as well sometimes. If not, that is fine. Please share with me your experience.
