Busy McHenry family seeks an experienced, creative, energetic part-time nanny for 5 kids (ages 2–10). We need someone calm under pressure who leads with structure, confidence and warmth.

Requirements:
• Managed 3+ kids under 10 at once
• Calmly de-escalates big feelings
• Potty-training help for our 4-year-old
• Comfortable with a 10-month-old, 20-lb puppy
• Reliable transportation
• Cleans up kid messes/dishes
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• On-the-books W-2 pay only

Consistent hours and clear communication. Mornings involve 1–2 kids; after school and during illness/holidays, 3–5 may be home. To apply, send your experience, maximum kids watched at once and 2 references. Paid trial required.
