Seeking experienced, reliable, detail-oriented nanny for 2025–2026 school year. Preschooler experience preferred. Must embrace a teacher's schedule (days off if no school, and off during school breaks), and comfortably manage active, loving boy while mom works mostly from home. Prioritize meals, consistent naps, structured routines, and guiding our son in sharing and empathy. Active nanny preferred for outdoor play and outings. Household management a plus.
