Hello! We would love to find a short-term babysitter who can start June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, patient, and experienced with preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities include engaging in age-appropriate activities, preparing snacks/meals, helping with routines, light tidying related to the child, and providing a safe, fun environment. Both mom and dad are attorneys, who occasionally work from home. Nanny must have flexibility to come earlier/stay later if necessary.

Plan daily activities such as:
reading books and story time
Arts & crafts, coloring, and creative play
Outdoor play, walks, playground visits, or backyard activities
Educational games and preschool learning activities, such writing and reading
Building toys, puzzles, and imaginative play
Preparing/simple help with snacks and meals
Encouraging good manners, independence, and cleanup habits
Occasional local outings (library, park, etc.)

Our 4-year old will begin attending summer camp in the mornings beginning June 29th, so we need someone that can pick her up from camp. We will cover gas and any activities you participate in with the child.

June 6, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (start date is NOT flexible); Monday-Friday, with later start on days child goes to summer camp.

Experience:

• 3 years or more of experience with pre-schoolers (early childhood education degree or experience with preschool programming is a plus);
• Non-smoker
• Fully-vaccinated (incl. COVID-19, flu, RSV, etc.)
• CPR or First-Aid certification
• At least 3 verifiable references
• Must practice gentle parenting/toddler redirection
•. Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record.
