Our daughter was born prematurely, and we are looking for someone who will be engaged and intentional about supporting her development through play, reading, floor time, and age-appropriate activities. She has in-home therapy sessions a few times per week, so her nanny should be comfortable with therapists coming into the home and willing to incorporate their recommendations into her daily play and routine. One parent works from home but will generally be working during nanny hours. We also have a friendly dog in the home, so applicants should be comfortable around dogs.

Responsibilities will primarily focus on our daughter, including feeding, diapering, naps, play, reading, developmental activities, and light baby-related cleanup. We are hoping to find someone who will become a consistent and trusted part of our daughter's routine.
