Location: Fishers, IN 46037
Schedule: M-F, 8am-6pm, 50 guaranteed hrs/wk. Start ASAP.
Children: 1.5 and 6 years old
Duties: Full charge care of toddler daughter (primary) and 6 yr old son in ABA therapy; handle his school drop off/pick up. Laundry, meals, tidying, outings.
Ideal fit: Patient, nurturing, warm, child-led mealtime, authoritative style.
Requirements: 3+ yrs experience, neurodivergent experience preferred, toddler experience, swimmer, clean background, valid license, CPR/First Aid, non-smoker.
Pets: 1 dog.
Driving: Required, personal vehicle, mileage reimbursed.
Comp: $30-35/hr, taxed, guaranteed hours, paid vacation/sick/holidays, negotiable stipend.
