We’re a family of five with three daughters (8, 5, and 4). Our home is full of warmth, humor, and goofiness, but we also value efficiency and professionalism. Mom stays at home, managing the kids, home, and some consulting, while Dad works full-time in insurance and travels most days. We live in an older, high-maintenance home and seek to create more balance with structured systems. We’re looking for someone to manage logistics, help with organization, and occasionally assist with childcare, while maintaining warmth and professionalism to bring calm and ease to our home.
