We’re seeking a long-term nanny & household manager to join our family. Our 2 boys thrive with routine, connection, and calm, consistent guidance, especially during mornings and afterschool which can be tricky times of day. We are looking for a warm, patient, and emotionally steady caregiver who stays calm under pressure, does not take big feelings personally, and uses kind, consistent discipline with clear boundaries. The right fit brings maturity, reliability, strong organization, attention to detail, confidence, proactive approaches, and can juggle the needs of a busy household. Experience with ADHD and anxious children is strongly preferred. FT schedule is around 7am–5:30pm during school and 8am–5:30pm during breaks, with some days ending early. We guarantee 50 hrs/wk paid, including meaningful downtime once tasks are done. PT option during school year with FT summer/breaks possible. PTO/holidays and possible bonuses/raises offered.
