We’re a loving family seeking a long-term nanny and household manager for our two active, kind-hearted boys (ages 7 and 11). Both have ADHD, and one also has anxiety. They thrive with routine, connection, and calm, consistent guidance, especially during mornings and afterschool. We’re looking for someone patient, steady, and confident, who provides warmth, structure, and grounded leadership, understands how to support ADHD kids with clear boundaries, regulation, and skill-building, is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, able to anticipate household and child needs, and communicates openly. Experience with ADHD and anxious children is strongly preferred. Duties include transport to/from school and activities, homework help, kids’ meal prep, laundry, errands, groceries, tidying, household organization, and scheduling with shared calendar/task apps.
Schedule options include full-time work Monday–Friday, generally 7:15/7:30am –5:30pm during the school year and 8:00am–5:30pm during summer and school breaks, with some days finishing earlier. Full-time has guaranteed pay of 50 hours per week, including meaningful downtime after tasks are complete. Reduced hours during the school year with full-time work during summer and school breaks is also possible. Later school-day start times can be considered. Reduced-hour schedules are paid based on hours worked.
Pay is negotiable based on experience and skills. Paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and potential bonuses are offered.
