I am a Work From Home Mom seeking mothers helper. We’re looking for a reliable, long-term sitter for our children. This is a W-2 household employee position (taxes withheld will be covered by us), applicants must be comfortable with legal pay, documentation, and consistent reporting. Competitive hourly rates based on duties. Schedule includes [T 11:30am-4:30pm, W 8:00am-5:30pm, TH 8:00am-5:30pm Mon could be added]. Pay rate $15hr starting for baby only/ $22hr for both kids (negotiable dep on exp) Responsibilities include childcare, light tidying related to kids.
