I will be working 8am-5pm, however my husband works 6pm-6 a.m. We need someone to watch the twins while I am at work, but while he is sleeping until he wakes up. The schedule will vary, but be approximately 7:30am-11:30 a.m. most days. I know the schedule is a bit wonky! So I'm looking for someone who is okay with a little flexibility in the schedule while also being okay that my husband is home sleeping. (He is a heavy sleeper so no need to tiptoe around). The twins are very easy going, and we have kept them on a consistent schedule so the day is very predictable. We don't do screen time as well, so I'm hoping for someone who recognizes and values the developing brains of babies/toddlers!
