This is a W-2 position (taxes and payroll handled by family employer). Paid vacation and sick time are included as part of the position. Primary duties:
Bottle feeding and diapering
Age appropriate play
Occasional stroller walks or outings with usage of family vehicle
Monitoring wake windows and supporting sleep as needed
Note on Sleep:
A parent will typically handle nursing and putting baby down for naps. However, nanny should be comfortable assisting with naps if needed (guidance will be provided; nanny is not expected to independently sleep train).
Secondary duties (during nap time):
Sanitizing bottles
Baby’s laundry
Meal prep
Light household tasks
Organizing toys and baby items
