We’re a laid-back family looking for a kind, dependable, and engaging babysitter for our active 1- and 2-year-old while I work from home. Hours needed are 8:30-1:30, M-F. The main focus is keeping them safe, entertained, and engaged with hands-on play and outdoor time. They follow a predictable daily rhythm with alternating naps, and I typically handle lunches and pop out of my office to check in when I’m not in meetings, but during meetings you’d be fully in charge. Our 2-year-old is strong-willed and independent, so we’re hoping for someone comfortable managing typical toddler behaviors with patience and confidence.
