Part Time Nanny for a baby under 1, preferable can speak Spanish

I work full time from home and am very busy with meetings. I am looking for help 2-3 days a week from 10AM-3PM with the baby, and light tidying around the house.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Multi-lingual
Speaks: Spanish, English
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
