We're a Louisville family of four (soon five!) looking for a nurturing nanny to grow with us. Henry (5) is in school full time, home by 3:30. Josie (2) attends school three days a week and needs care on her days home. We're expecting a third daughter in July and would love someone to start beforehand to get comfortable with the kids for a couple days a week. Once the baby arrives, we anticipate expanding the schedule and see this as a long-term partnership. Flexible, communicative, and excited to find the right fit. Occasionally we would like to be able to have the nanny watch on a weekend night or two a month.
