About the Family: This calm, grounded family is seeking a long-term nanny for their 3-month-old child. They value a peaceful home environment and are looking for someone nurturing, attentive, and reliable who will build a strong, lasting connection with their family.

The family has a nice backyard and is looking for an engaging nanny who enjoys spending time outdoors and incorporating active, nature-based play into the daily routine. They would love someone who has an interest in gardening as a hobby and can imagine sharing that kind of hands-on, outdoor experience with the child as they grow and become more curious about the world around them.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Child laundry
- Child meal prep
- Light housekeeping

Compensation:
- Pay: $32-$34/hr gross
- Paid Vacation: 3 weeks
- Paid sick/personal: 5 days
- Paid Holidays (if on a working day): All federal holidays

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience
- Newborn experience
- Comfortable with work from home parent
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Vaccinations Required: Cvid, MMR, Tdap, Flu
