We have a very energetic, multigenerational home with a lot of fun, care and structure built into it. We are a CEO Mom and Creative Director Dad run a business together and have a flexible schedule that requires flexibility from all care providers.

We’re looking for someone who can learn from our best practices and the routines we already have in place, as well as be a self-starter and problem solver (like, if meal prep didn’t happen as planned or diapers run out. We have a lot of dynamics playing out in our home, from “terrible twos” to autism and Alzheimer’s. For this reason, we require a good attitude and flexibility in behavior (e.g. takes well to kind and constructive feedback).
