Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Nanny for a family in the South End of Boston for two children, ages 6 months and 3, starting May 1st. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm, with guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a nanny who can stay with them for years to come!
A great match for this role brings excitement and a positive attitude to the day; someone professional, personable, easy going, experienced with two young children, and proactive to plan playdates, enriching and engaging activities, and outings around the city! A strong communicator who is firm but loving, intuitive, and values a partnership and being on the same page with the parents regarding the care of the children will thrive in this role. A Spanish speaker would be a great bonus!
Compensation: $33/hour with $250 healthcare stipend, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, and sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
