Full-time nanny, would like to do a nanny share with a close by family

My wife are 31 and live in Braintree, MA. We have a 7 month year old daughter. My wife grew up in Marshfield, MA and I grew up in Burlington, VT. We both work in the city and are looking for a nanny share with a family close by!
We would like a full time nanny Mon-Fri 9-5 to take care of our daughter and hopefully another baby whose family is looking to do a nanny share!
