Looking for a loving, energetic nanny for 3 happy, creative, vibrant girls (ages 12, 7, 4) who could become part of our family. The position can be anywhere between 30-40hr/wk, with most mid days free, depending on what you are looking for. Ideally, we are looking for someone who lives within a 10-15min drive from Cambridge. Pragmatically, the caregiver would have a car that accommodates 3 kids (2 in car seats), and a clean driving record. Ideally, we would structure a split shift schedule (morning school preps and drop-offs, afternoon pickups and after school care). [Our schedule would be ideal for a part-time student or someone in a creative career, who would appreciate having the midday hours free.] We can offer healthcare contribution, guaranteed minimum hours, and gas reimbursement.
