Must Have:

-> Strictly doesn’t consume alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or any other drugs!
-> 5+ years of experience with at least 2 toddlers aged 1 - 3 years.
-> Prior experience with newborns is appreciated.
-> Experience managing teething and toddler tantrums.
-> Education: Bachelor’s degree.
-> Strengths in potty training, self-feeding, healthy meals, reading, play, and outdoor walks & activities are a plus.
-> Punctuality, communication, reliability, and love for the baby are essential.
-> References: Able to provide references from at least 2 families whose toddlers or young children received care for 2–3 years.

Nice to Have:

> Minimum 2 years of experience in a toddler daycare.
-> Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool.
-> 2+ years experience with young children aged 3 - 5 years.
