Active family with 3 boys (11, 8. 5, 6) seeking organized household manager while mom recovers from knee surgery. Start ASAP (by March 2) through April (flex end). 30-40 hrs/week, Mon-Thurs/Fri with evening availability Mon-Thurs during early recovery. School pickup/driving (reliable car and clean record), errands, meal planning/prep, laundry, daily upkeep (weekly cleaner in place), maintaining routines, supporting mom, some childcare support (primarily for 6-year-old when home). Must take initiative, work independently, and collaborate well with other supports. CPR/First Aid, background check, non-smoker, strong references required. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
