Hi! My husband and I are looking for a part-time nanny to look after our 7 month baby. We are looking for a start date somewhere in August, but can be flexible. Days of the week needed for help can be flexible as well. For one out of the two days, I will be working remotely from home.
Here is what we are looking for: someone who is kind and nurturing, dependable and flexible, past nanny experience, strong references, CPR/first aid certified, up-to-date on the flu shot, comfortable with a very loud barking pet (standard schnauzer), and owns your own car.
Our baby has laryngomalacia so any background on dealing with infants with this diagnosis is a plus. Therefore, we would need our nanny be excellent at following instructions and making sound judgment calls.
We would want our nanny to help with basic baby needs, tummy time activities, reading books, playing and light housekeeping (baby's laundry and bottle management). Responsibilities may be subject to change.
