My husband and I are seeking a long-term caring nanny to help us take care of our currently 4-month-old baby starting August 11, 2025, with a flexible start date. Both of us work full time, and while our parents have been spending a good bit of time with our baby, we anticipate needing somebody else to help out on most weekday afternoons starting in 2 weeks or so. Our baby loves being read to, playing with stuffed animals, and stroller rides where she can look up at trees and watch bigger kids play baseball at the park nearby. We strongly prefer a nanny who speaks Mandarin.
