We're a two-working-parent family who both work full time hybrid. We're organized, warm and strong communicators and have a friendly large dog, who has care separate from this role. Position is M–F daytime hours, 45 hrs/wk guaranteed, with additional OT available. W-2 pay based on experience. Benefits include 2 wks paid vacation, 5 sick days, all federal holidays paid, monthly health stipend. Hours guaranteed during family vacations. Travel with family optional if interested. Required: 2+ yrs professional childcare; direct experience with infant twins, multiples, or two same-age infants (non-negotiable); current infant/child CPR & First Aid; non-smoker; professional references available.
