We're a two-working-parent family who both work full time hybrid. We're organized, warm and strong communicators and have a friendly large dog, who has care separate from this role. Seeking help on a combination of afternoon/evening weekdays as well as weekend days (details/specific days of week negotiable), totaling 18-21 hours per week. Hours guaranteed once agreed upon. Additional occasional evening hours, as well as travel with family, optional. W-2 pay based on experience. Required: 2+ yrs professional childcare; direct experience with infant twins, multiples, or two same-age infants (non-negotiable); current infant/child CPR & First Aid; non-smoker; professional references available.
