Children: 13 months and almost 5 years old Duties: Primary care for toddler; outings, enriching activities, kids' meal prep, tidying play areas, loading dishwasher. Ideal fit: Warm, easygoing, ECE background, comfortable with WFH parents, authoritative style, initiative-driven. Requirements: 3+ yrs experience (toddler/school-age), confident swimmer, strong English, clean background, valid license, non-smoker, CPR/First Aid. Pets: None. Driving: Vehicle provided for work drives. Comp: $32-35+/hr, taxed, guaranteed hrs, paid vacation/sick, negotiable healthcare stipend.
