? Schedule:
Mon 10–4, Tue 11–3, Wed 10–5, Thu 11–4, every other Fri 11–2.
No care on school holidays.

? Montessori-inspired, gentle yet firm parenting, low screen-time.

? Duties: Engaging play, milestone support (ASL, crawling, early literacy), light snack/meal prep, light cleanup after play and meals.

✨You: Infant/toddler experience, CPR/First Aid (or willing), reliable transportation (no driving kids).

? Scent-free home due to baby’s skin sensitivity.

Optional occasional date nights.
