We're looking for a warm, experienced nanny to care for our 2-year-old daughter while we work full time from home. We're seeking an experienced childcare professional who is confident independently running the day (meals, naps, outings, play), genuinely loves toddlers, and is passionate about helping children learn and grow. Our daughter is a happy, talkative child who loves to pretend play, sing songs, read books, and go on trips to the library and playground. We value open communication and see our nanny as a partner in our child's development - someone who will share observations and work collaboratively with us to provide consistent routines, expectations, and support across caregivers.
