This candidate will essentially become an extra set of hands for Mom, stepping in with care and reliability to manage a blend of childcare and household tasks during the afternoon and evening hours. In childcare, they will create moments of joy through active play, support with bath & bedtime routines, and transport children to and from activities and appointments. They will act as a trusted liaison between Mom, schools, doctors, and extracurricular programs while coordinating schedules and managing online accounts such as school portals. On the household side, this person will prepare family dinners each evening and manage clean-up, keep the home organized and welcoming, ensure supplies are fully stocked, & handle laundry, etc.

Children: 2-year-old & newborn.
Hourly rate & annual salary: $50-$55hr/$78k-$85k+year
Benefits: 5 days of paid sick time, 10 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and a family vehicle for on-the-job travel.
