We’re seeking a caring, experienced nanny for our active 8 month old in Bethesda, with a flexible start around Sept 2, 2025. Hours are Mon–Thurs, 8am–4/5pm. We value someone patient, safety-focused, organized, and in-tune with our baby’s needs. Duties include feeding, diapering, age-appropriate play, and light baby-related tasks (laundry, bottles, meal prep).

Strong communication, initiative, and alignment with our parenting style are important. Bonus if you have experience with the Montessori approach. One parent works from home.
