In this role, you’ll provide loving care in a safe, nurturing environment while keeping the household organized & running smoothly. Duties include daytime care, supporting sleep routines, following the baby’s schedule, preparing bottles, handling breast milk, keeping the baby clean & well-dressed, & maintaining a stocked nursery. You’ll plan outings, transport to activities, manage laundry, errands, pet care, vendors & shared spaces to support a calm, well-run home where the family can thrive.

Children: 5-month-old
Hourly rate & annual salary: $40-$45hr/up to $93k+year.
Schedule: 40 guaranteed hrs/week. Mon, Wed-Fri, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Thurs, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility is appreciated.
Benefits: A monthly healthcare stipend, 5 days of paid sick time, 10 days of paid time off, paid major holidays, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate/a family vehicle for on-the-job travel.
