We are expecting twins in the fall and would like to start interviewing well-qualified nannies with at least three references. My husband is in the merchant marine and gone every other month, and we would also have some help from our families, so the schedule would vary each month. We also have two cats, so the ideal candidate would be comfortable around pets.
We would like to start interviewing candidates in July for a start date around October.
