Looking for a long term nanny for my 1.5 year old son. ; Flexible Schedule

Hi,
I am a stay at home mom with another baby on the way (Due date October 13th,2025). I'm looking for a reliable long term nanny that can help me with my 1.5 y/o toddler.
Starting with 3 days a week.Tue, Wed, and Thur, Morning hours(8AM to 12PM), but sometime we might need you for evening.
We would also like the nanny to be on call for couple of weeks near my due date, so she can come in if we need to go to the hospital in emergency.
Responsibilities: Feeding, playing/reading,
changing diapers/clothes, bath, brushing teeth, nap/sleep time and some light house keeping.
We live in town house in Upper Marlboro. The community is new and very quiet and clean.
