We are Jennifer, Marcin, Alexander (17 mo) and Kiara (4 mo).

We just moved to Ann Arbor from Austin, TX and are looking for long term (3+ years) help with our kiddos.

Ideal availability:
- Mon, Wed 9am - 1pm
- Tue, Thu 9am - 5pm
- Total: 24h/week

Start date: ASAP, definitely no later than end of August

Must have:
- clear background check
- 2+ family references
- non-smoker
- up-to-date vaccinations

Nice to have:
- light family help (water plants, simple meals, keep the home tidy).
- driver's license
- we welcome candidates of all backgrounds - we’re an international family (Poland, Ukraine, Sierra Leone).

Rate: $25 - $30/h, with paid trial shift
