Hello! I’m currently looking for a reliable, caring nanny to help support my 8-year-old daughter (3rd grade) during the week.

I’ve recently gone through several major surgeries, and my husband is deployed overseas, so I’m looking for someone who can help keep my daughter on track, supported, and structured while I recover.

She’s a bright, loving kid—but like any child, she will slack if she thinks no one is watching ?. I’m very involved and intentional with her education and refuse to let her fall behind due to my health challenges.

What I’m Looking For
Someone patient, firm, and kind
Bilingual preferred (but not required)
Must have own reliable transportation
Experience with school-aged children
Comfortable helping with homework and routines
Responsibilities
Help prepare and supervise lunch
Ensure she completes homework and school assignments
Make sure she is logged into tutoring sessions on time (especially math)
Help keep her on track with daily and weekly chores
Support structure, routine, and focus during after-school hours
Communicate with me about progress, concerns, or wins

Schedule
Part-time (exact hours to be discussed)
Weekdays preferred
Consistency is very important

Why This Role Matters
My daughter already has a math tutor, and education is a top priority in our home. I’m doing everything I can as a parent while recovering, and I’m looking for someone who understands that this role is about supporting a child’s growth and confidence, not just supervision.
