Seeking a caring, reliable nanny for one newborn/infant in our Redford, MI home. Long-term, recurring position with flexible start now–Apr. Infant experience preferred; must be comfortable with a dog. Schedule: 4 days/week, 8 hrs/day (32 hrs) with guaranteed hours. Pay $20–$25/hr based on experience; W-2 payroll required. Benefits include 1 week nanny-selected PTO (4–6 weeks notice), paid sick leave per MI law, and paid major holidays on scheduled workdays. Planned family care about one week every other month: with 4+ weeks notice, paid at 50% GH up to 6 weeks/year; additional family-care weeks will be paid at 100% (not guaranteed). Vaccinations required.
