1st time parents. Both working. Mom works from home (may change). Baby girl just turned 1.

We are looking for a reliable nanny who has experience with 1 year old. The nanny responsibilities include ensuring the wellbeing and safety of the child, planning age appropriate activities. The nanny needs to feed, diaper, play with infant and put her down for regular naps. We would also like the nanny to takecare of the baby's laundry, tidy her room and play space and clean up after feeding.

We do not expect nanny to do general housekeeping or running errands. The schedule will be Monday-Friday (9AM-2/3PM), occasional weekends except holidays and Wednesdays.

Ideal candidate should have:
1. Proven experience as nanny or childcare
2. References from previous employers
3. A genuine love for children and a nurturing personality.
