We are a family of 4 living in Minneapolis, with a 6-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy. Our current nanny is leaving us to go start a business of her own, so we are looking for an awesome nanny to start with us as soon as possible! We are big on family, friends, and community. On Friday nights you can often find us at home watching a movie and eating pizza! We love to cook and bake together and try new recipes. We are outdoors as much as we can be!
You are a natural, nurturing caregiver. You are able to both provide structure throughout the day, but also know when the kids need some time to just be kids and get wiggles out! You are emphatic and educated. You can easily follow our brain-based and natural consequences parenting style and are open to learning more about it. You can easily keep all lines of communication open with us parents and share the good, asking questions and providing feedback.
