Our ideal schedule is 3–6 p.m. on 3-5 days a week, with a little extra flexibility on the occasional evening when mom is traveling. This role is great for someone who enjoys both keeping a household running smoothly and spending fun, meaningful time with kids.

A typical afternoon includes some light housekeeping before the bus drops them off (like unloading the dishwasher or folding laundry), then a couple of hours with the kids—sharing snacks, reading together, and getting dinner started.
