Young family seeking reliable nanny/helper ASAP, 16–20+ hrs/week over 4 weekdays. Duties: toddler care (meals, diapers, bath, bedtime), family dinner prep, light housework, and pet care (walk/feed dog). Preschool ends ~5pm, but earlier pickup preferred. Core hours ~4–8pm. Parents usually home by 6, but flexibility to stay later until 1 parent is home and home is bedtime-ready is needed. Goal: smooth evenings and more quality family time. Must have car, clean driving record, be a nonsmoker, cooking experience, good references and CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to learn/obtain). Flexibility for changing schedules or a growing family ideal. Occasional extra hours may come up.
