I work from home with my 18 month old. I also have an 11 year old, but he usually doesn't need much help! My 18 month old is a super happy boy but he has some mild developmental delays, so we have a few quirks to our routine. We also do daily exercises with him, to help him develop.
The sitter would be responsible for coming to our home, playing with Jett, handling meal time, & nap times. Beyond that some light help with housework too. I.e. Dishes & Folding Laundry.
I'll be at home with you most of the time, but occasionally I'll leave for an hour or so for meetings.
