looking for a full-time nanny (Monday–Friday) to help care for our baby boy and 3 yo daughter (in preschool)

Looking for someone comfortable working alongside mom and helping manage flow of household

Requirements:
• Significant experience caring for multiple young children
• Strong, verifiable references
• Background in early childhood education or preschool experience
• Someone nurturing, proactive, and able to take initiative

Responsibilities:
• Creating and leading age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Daycare pick-up/drop-off
• Taking the kids on outings independently (parks, activities, etc.)
• Acting as a mother’s helper (laundry, meal prep, dishes, light tidying)
