We are looking for someone long term (2+ years) to care for our baby independently with parent guided care/play. Someone who truly loves babies and is passionate to grow with us. We do no screen time for our child. We are looking for someone who is patient, willing to take feedback and implement it, and is flexible to work with our family style and how we want to raise our child. We want someone who understands that we want this person to be completely hands on and give our baby the full attention that we can’t during those hours.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 6 am-7 pm required. Fridays 6 am-7 pm (optional).
