Nanny needed for infant with pets, flexible starts, weekday and weekend days

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny for our 3-month-old baby in Boone.
We would prefer someone who:
* Has reliable transportation/their own vehicle
* Is a non-smoker
* Is comfortable around pets
* Is CPR certified
* Has experience caring for infants
* Is dependable, nurturing, and attentive
Our schedule is a rotating schedule. One week, we would typically need care on Monday, Tuesday, and possibly the weekend, and the following week would be Wednesday and Thursday. The exact days may vary depending on my spouse’s work schedule, so some flexibility is important.
We are looking for someone who can become a trusted and consistent part of our family.
