Family Assistant needed for a family in Freedom Park M-F 9-6. Best Family Assistant would be dependable, nurturing, patient, fun, active, and passionate about caring for infants. It is important that the FA is attentive to their child's needs and will collaborate with the parents to establish a daily schedule. FA should create an educational environment that will foster growth and encourage the child to meet their developmental milestones by engaging in appropriate activities.
As the child grows, the FA should take the child on outings such as going to the Park, the Library, Story Time, and other age-appropriate activities throughout the community. Mom has a fluid work schedule and will be off for weeks at a time; during nap time and the days mom is home, the FA will work on the household duties.
Long Term Fit is desired and the family is looking for a FA who will grow with their family and be an extension of the family. Family has 2 shih tzus so FA must not be allergic to dogs.
Job starts the end of July, and pay is negotiable at $35-40 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
