Short-Term Nanny Needed (23 March – Mid May) 35 Guaranteed Hours | Payroll Position

Seeking a warm, reliable nanny for our baby boy from March 23rd to mid-May (short-term).
Schedule (35 guaranteed hrs/week):
Mon–Thu 9am–5pm
Fri 11am–2pm
Guaranteed hours paid weekly.
Pay & Benefits:
$15/hr via payroll (W-2)
8 hrs PTO + 8 hrs paid sick leave
Up to $120 total QSEHRA reimbursement
Additional hours paid; OT (40+ hrs) at 1.5x
Role:
I work from home and so, I will be present during the day. Duties include feeding (prepped), diapering, play, optional walks, and keeping baby areas tidy. No household chores beyond that.
