My family is looking for a part-time nanny for our 7-month-old. We need someone to be available for 16-20 hours per week Tuesday-Thursday. I work a hybrid job and need someone to help with her while I work. Her routine revolves mostly around feeding, sleeping, and awake time. Her routine is flexible and we are still working on developing regular patterns. Her days consist of consistent naps followed by diaper changes, feedings and awake/play time. During her awake time, we are focused on tummy time, rolling, sitting, and high-contrast toys or books.
