We are seeking a reliable, full-time nanny in West Omaha. Both parents work from home and need consistent Mon–Fri coverage. We’re an active, fun-loving family that values kindness, safety, consistency, and exploration, and we’re looking for a long-term partner to join our family team.

We have four children: 7 (1st grade + aftercare), 5 (preschool 5 days/week), 3.5 (preschool 2 days/week, moving to 5 half-days in fall), and 1.5. Daily care is primarily for our three boys; our daughter only needs care on school holidays. In fall, our 5-year-old will be in all-day kindergarten. We also have a sweet black lab.

Seeking someone reliable, warm, structured, self-motivated, and comfortable driving (family vehicle available). Interest in early childhood or OT/PT is a plus.

Our youngest has mild physical developmental delays and participates in therapies. We’re looking for someone comfortable incorporating simple guided movement activities into play (15–20 minutes daily). Guidance provided.
