Family with two young kids seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented House Manager. Schedule approx. 8–1 M–F (flexible). Looking for a long-term fit.

Responsibilities:
• Home organization (core focus—creating and maintaining highly functional systems)
• Light cleaning to keep home consistently “magazine ready”
• Laundry (wash, fold, put away)
• Simple, healthy dinner prep
• Morning help getting kids out the door (walkable drop-off; no ongoing childcare)

Ideal candidate is exceptionally neat, proactive, and systems-oriented (Marie Kondo / Home Edit level). Please include a brief note on something specific you observed in this posting.
